Story

We've taken part in our third Heart of London bridges walk for CRY on July 18 as part of "Team Tom III". Thank you for the huge financial support and the turn-out, which was fantastic.

We walked in memory of our son, Tom, who died aged 14 in October 2007 from an undiagnosed heart condition. Each week 12 young people aged 14-35 are, like Tom, dying from such conditions. Many of them could be saved by heart screenings.

The money raised will help to provide more free testing in west London this year as part of the 2010 CRY TestMyHeart tour. The screenings will be held in November in Ealing. Money raised from this walk will also help to fund screenings in 2011.

You can read details about our fund-raising on Tom's memorial fund  Facebook page, "Remember Tom, Support CRY".
