In October this year, I will be climbing   in . is the highest peak in , standing 4167 metres high!!

We will be walking for 8 hours a day for 5 days and camping in tents overnight. We will be hiking through some stunning scenery from dessert to snow capped mountains.

 

The aim of this trek (for which I am providing the funding to be able to go) is to raise money for a bursary fund to support disadvantaged young people across the . Our aim for any young people staying at our centres is to develop them physically and emotionally and help them to understand more about their own capabilities.

To help raise money for this adventure I am also going to take part in something called The Long Drag. This is a 40 mile run/walk with a 55lb rucksack on my back in under 20 hours. Its across the Brecon Beacons in Wales ( gonna be hard). I enjoy pushing myself but this WILL be a stretch for me. Please give because this is gonna potentially change young peoples in the future for the better.
