Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Normally, I would fly to Paris for a nice glass of red and for a bit of shopping, this time though, I am taking a different form of transport - a mountain bike.

Together with a number of Intrinsic managers and staff, I will be making my way there over four days, from the 10th to the 13th of September, for this superb charity. For any of you that have attended previous Intrinsic events, where the parents of affected children talk through how their lives are improved by this charity, you can not fail to be moved.

I know times are hard, but if you can find a few pounds down the back of the sofa, or under the car seat, please feel free to donate.
