I did it folks and am feeling just great, much better than last year for sure.  I did it in my personal best time of 7hrs arriving in Aberdovey at 10 past 2.  The day was perfect for riding in, nice and cool and dry, well for the first 85 miles.  Then the heavens opened, the thunder clapped, the hail decended and the rain bounced off the roads for the next 10 miles.  The gentle rain that followed was such a relief!  I take my hat off though to the man who did the trip on a real penny farthing made in 1890, he did it in 13hrs...... amazing.
