Graham's Mum is currently very ill with Motor Neurone Disease and has recently spent several weeks as a guest of St Wilfrid's Hospice in Chichester. She's also made use of their "Hospice at Home" service, which provides fantastic support for people with terminal illness in the community, allowing them to stay in their own home, close to family.&nbsp;</p> <p style="outline-width: 0px; outline-style: initial; outline-color: initial; font-size: 14px; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; line-height: 19px; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial; padding: 0px; margin: 0px; border: 0px initial initial;">Hospices throughout the UK rely almost entirely on voluntary donations to fund their work. The Hospices do amazing work, caring for people of all backgrounds on the basis of their medical needs.
