On 14 June we - Paul, Denise, Tom and Charlie - will be joining hundreds of other runners and cyclists in raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Paul is running 10 miles & Denise and the boys are undertaking the 23-mile cycle course [a proper test for Tom and Charlie's 10- and 7-year-old legs & also of the area's chocolate supplies].

It's a great cause and does fantastic, invaluable work, so all donations to help fight this devastating disease are hugely appreciated.
