I have been married to Jane's daughter, Nina for 16 years and within the family for 18 years. I have only ever had one important female (apart from my wife!!) for advice in my life, and Jane was always there for me. Having Jane as a surrogate mum, who was prepared to support, praise, advise and even criticise, has been invaluable. The first person to tell me they were proud of me was Jane, a time I will always hold dear. 

I visited Jane many times in the last few weeks of her life, including sitting quietly while she had some rest the day before she died. This is for me the only way I can express my feelings for Jane, and raise money for the caring hospice. I hope that you will help me in my ultimate goal of raising at least £1500 for St Richards Hospice, part of which I need to raise in advance of the event to show my commitment.
