As some of you may know I am running in this year's Virgin London Marathon on the 25th April and once again I am trying to raise money for Association of International Cancer Research. They are a charity that I have been associated with for four years now and through fantastic family and friends like you we've helped raise lots of money for such a worthwhile cause.

Can I therefore ask for your support in making a donation to my page.No matter how large or small it is all greatfully received and makes my aching limbs and blisters (and that's just from the training) completely worthwhile.
