<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">As some of you will know, my dad was diagnosed this year with severe ulcerative colitis. He has so far battled successfully through two difficult operations and is due to undergo the final stage of the procedure in early February.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">In an attempt to make people aware of this condition I decided this year to run the London Marathon and raise some money for Crohn's and Colitis UK. They're a fantastic charity that bring together and support people of all ages who have been diagnosed with IBD.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Despite the difficult financial climate at the moment any donations you could make will be much appreciated and will be going to an amazing cause.</span></p>
