Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page which I have set up in the hope that you will sponsor me in my quest to complete the Brighton marathon on 18th April 2010 for a very very good cause.

Well worth a visit just to see that photo isn´t it? And surely even more of an incentive to sponsor me seeing as i go out running 5 times a week dressed like that!

It means a lot to me to have the chance to run in my home city´s inaugural marathon. I began training last October and the months of preparation and, most of all, dedication make it all the more worth it knowing that I can attribute this effort to a very good cause like Chestnut Tree House. It speaks for itself how important a charity Chestnut Tree House is in it´s care and support for individuals and families going through what must clearly be the most traumatic life experience when talking about their children suffering from life-threatening illnesses. Being the only hospice like this in Sussex then its importance cannot be emphasised enough and raising money is vital for maintaining and improving its facilities and i want to be able to contribute to this with your help.
