Lorraine, Nicky, Leanne and I are running 5k in Regents Park this Thursday. We are raising money for NABS, which is the charity we work for. It's also the charity for the marketing communications industry and provides support for anyone working in advertising, design, direct marketing, media planning, buying and sales, public relations and sales promotion. We don't have a very high target BUT we do want to impress our bosses, so dig as deep as you can!!!
