I cycled from Greewich Park to the Champs Elysses in Paris, that's 450kms or 75 miles a day for 4 days!

I've lost 4 stone whilst training and put on 5 pounds while doing it... too much good food and wine along the way I think.

I finished averaging over 14mph, my target for next year is 18mph!
