Hi guys,

To keep it short and simple, I've finally decided to get the finger out and run a marathon to raise money for the hospice that cared for my Dad in his last few days with incredible professionalism and kindness.  

I couldn't do the job they do, but I can run a marathon and raise money for them, so they can continue the incredible and vital work they do.

The goal of £500 is entirely arbitrary, I'd love to get more than that.  Therefore, whether it's thruppence ha'penny or a king's ransom you have lying around the attic, every pound is much appreciated.
