We fulfil unforgettable Special Days to support seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds

Story

As many of you know our gorgeous Ollie passed away on Wednesday, 5th May.

Ollie had fought so hard to get better after being diagnosed with AML in 2016, then after relapse in April 2020 he received a bone marrow transplant in August 2020. He went through so much and was so brave.

We had spoken to him only a few weeks ago about who we'd fundraise for next. He wanted to say thank you to the Willow Foundation which was founded by Bob and Meg Wilson. In 2017, seven months after his first AML diagnosis the Willow Foundation organised for Ollie and us to go to the Arsenal training ground. We met all the players, Arsene Wenger, Bob and Meg Wilson. It was an amazing day that Ollie never stopped talking about. Only 3 weeks ago he spoke to us saying it was brilliant. I know Ollie would want to help give others amazing days too.

The Willow foundation is dedicated to bringing special days to the seriously ill who are between the ages of 16 and 40 years of age and live in the UK. Since it’s inception it has managed to provide almost 18,000 Special Days.
