I will be joining Prime Accountants on the Lake District leg of their 3Ps Challenge (Pedalling, Paddling & Peaks) - cycling 230 miles from Solihull to the Lake District, kayaking the length of Lake Windermere, then climbing Scafell Pike, from 9th to 12th July.  After that, I think I might need a lie down!
