Story

Hello and thank you for visiting my page.

I'm raising money for Headway by running my first ever marathon and just to get around is my objective.

I'm running in the memory of my brother Paul who suffered from a brain injury following a road traffic accident and died two years later aged 27.

Headway provide support for people who suffer from brain injury and to their families and carers. You may be surprised to know that half the deaths of people aged below forty is due to traumatic brain injury. Headway gave support to my family at this most painful and difficult of times.

By running the marathon for Paul and Headway I wish both to raise money and Headway's profile for the invaluable service they provide.

Please be generous in your donation and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Peter
