We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

I was diagnosed with Angina in September 2011, which changed my outlook on life. After losing my Dad to a heart attack in August 2002 it was a masive wake up call. Since then I changed my fitness and my diet regime, but up until August 2015 I thought I was doing well...!!! My cardio nurse said if I didn't change my diet, including my sugar intake and start exercising properly, I was 0.1 away on my glycol's from being registered diabetic. This inspired me to reduce my carbs, sugars and salts, but most of all to get fitter and lose the kg's.

So, I got a mountain bike and started cycling.  I want to prove to myself and other sufferers that if you look after yourself you can live life to the max. This inspired me to enter the London to Brighton off-road event on Saturday 24th of September 2016, and NOW Yet again I am competing in the 2017 event on the 23rd September, SO, Please help me in raising some funds for the British Heart Foundation.

THANK YOU
