The Pink Ladies Beaumond House Appeal

Fundraising for Beaumond House Hospice Care
£1,370
raised of £1,000 target
by 29 supporters

Story

We are a group of volunteers who provide a monthly community
luncheon. We are based at Holy Trinity R.C. Church in Newark and are part of a busy parish life. Our cheerful and talented ladies also cater for other functions including the children’s First Communion celebration party, afternoon tea to welcome the Manchester Pilgrims en route to Walsingham and assisting a variety of events within the community.

Each year, we fundraise for charitable causes which have included Hetty’s who support families coping with substance abuse, and the
Homeless Shelter in Newark. This year we promised to run coffee mornings for Beaumond House Hospice in Newark, all of which have fallen victim to our current Coronavirus crisis and have had to be cancelled.

However the Pink Ladies always keep their promises and have
each now pledged to fundraise in some other way. Some of us are walking, some are baking, some are making NHS masks, and some are bracing a daily gym workout, all continuing until the end of June. Fingers crossed we survive!

We hope you will support us in some small way by donating on this Just Giving website to swell the coffers of our treasured Beaumond House
Hospice in Newark.

Many thanks and stay safe

The Pink Ladies.
