I dont want to bore on too much but just wanted to give you all some background as to why I've decided to go completely out of my comfort zone and undertake a 100ft abseil to raise money for such a fantastic charity, one that my husband and I have supported over the last 5 years. 

 

1.  My oldest daughter, Betsy, would not be here today if it hadn't been for the fantastic care and treatment Mr Impey and his team gave me during my pregnancy in the Neonatal Unit of the Oxford Radcliffe.  I developed a problem during pregnancy which only affects a handful of women each year in the UK.

2.  The Special care unit at Oxford did a fantastic job looking after daughter number 2, Minnie, when she developed jaundice.

 3. If I undertook a challenge that was easy I couldn't ask as many people as I am to donate even just the smallest amount of money.
