The Untouchables

Unfortunately, not every police officer manages to go home after their shift and http://www.ukcops.org/ support the families of those who don't.

Please give generously to help support the survivors. I am running one of the toughest races in the country, an off road marathon climbing over 1600 meters over the Devils Staircase and Glen Nevis, finishing at the foot of Ben Nevis. As if that isn't enough, as part of my training I will be doing a fire walk at the Scottish Police College, Tulliallan Castle in September.
