On Sunday 11th October Richard Maylor, Edel Finn, Mike Smyth and Sandra Courtney will be running the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon in London http://www.royalparkshalf.com/  That's 13.1 miles!!! 

We have chosen Macmillan Cancer Supprt as our chosen charity to raise money for, they provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support for people affected by cancer. More details can be found on their website : http://www.macmillan.org.uk/Home.aspx
