We are a 24 hour search & rescue service to save lives at sea

Story

On 12th, 13th & 14th September, a team from the RNLI Woodbridge and District branch are planning to row three of our local rivers, the Stour, Orwell and Deben.  We will be rowing the William Riley, a 105 year old lifeboat which 100 years ago tried to rescue passengers from the Rohilla when she ran aground off Whitby. The William Riley, which featured recently on the television programme "Coast" will comprise of 10 rowers, 2 linesmen, 1 helm and 3 passengers.

We would like as much support along the way as possible so please do find a spot using the timetable below and come and cheer us on!
