Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On May 14th I arrived at John O'Groats in an Arctic storm after a 1,000 mile journey from Land's End. The trip was such a memorable one, with a great bunch of people. I'm raising funds for Ashgate Hospice, who cared for my best friend, Sarah Dewhurst. Sarah died from cancer in February, at the age of 38, less than two months after her diagnosis. Sarah lived in Chapel-en-le-Frith and worked in Disley and Whitehough, where she was a much-loved member of both communities.
Ashgate Hospice provides specialist care for adults in North Derbyshire. Its aim is to help patients achieve the best possible quality of life in accordance with their wishes. It relies upon donations to continue its work and does not charge patients for its services.
Thank you so much for your sponsorship. 100% of all money raised is going direct to the Hospice.
