Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As most of you are aware I've completly lost the plot and signed up to abseil down the Blade building in aid of 'Robbie The Robot'. Abseiling is something I have never attempted before and quite frankly even the thought of abseiling 10metres scares the hell out of me! But with the support of friends and family I know I will reach my goal of abseiling the whole 128m of the Blade building.

'Robbie the Robot' and a highly skilled human team have managed to change the face of prostate cancer surgery at the Royal Berks Hospital and is set to do the same for other specialities. 'Robbie' allows the surgeons to perform operations using all the clinical capabilities of traditional open surgery , while enabling them to operate through the tiny incisions which Characterise 'keyhole' surgery.

However to enable 'Robbie' to continue his good work a further £1m needs to be raised over the next 3 years. It could be someone you know who needs 'Robbie' in the future so please help by donating to this cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
