This July I’m taking on the challenge of climbing Kilimanjaro, which is the world’s highest free standing mountain! This means ascending to a height of 5895m to reach Uhuru Peak – a total of around 50 hours of trekking!!! As well as this being a massive personal achievement, I am also hoping to raise as much money as possible for a really worthwhile cause – Tŷ Hafan, and this is where I’m asking for your help, PLEASE sponsor me!!!!

Not only is Tŷ Hafan a home from home providing specialist palliative care, but it also offers a much needed source of strength, respite and support for the whole family. From diagnosis to bereavement and beyond it takes its support right into the heart of the family home. For Tŷ Hafan to offer this unique service completely free of charge to families in Wales, it has to raise over £2.5 million every year – so please give generously!
