You may all be shocked to read this, but its true,we have decided to run the Birmingham Black Country half marathon on the 3rd July 2010!

We both wanted to achieve something for a good cause this year so we decided to raise money for Malvern Special Families. It is a charity which is very close to both of our hearts which we would love to help contribute towards. We both have worked for Malvern Special Families a year or more now and feel it is such a rewarding job to have.

Malvern Special Families is a charity set out to support families who have children with special needs or disabilities, it supports a huge number of families across and malvern by running saturday clubs, youth groups and holiday playschemes. It not only offers family support but a place for children and younge people to play, socialise and have fun.

The run is going to be a big challenge to us and we would love all the support you can give. We are hoping that the money we raise will contribute to the club, help give the children more equipment and more importantly help to support more families.
