So, my triple challenge consists of:

The Superhero Run! (aka The Great North 10k but Joseph chose for us to do it dressed as Superheroes)

Walking the length of Hadrian's Wall. Over 5 days, carrying our own stuff (I need to learn how to pack light...).  In the words of my Dad: "You'll find that quite tough Rachel".

The Great North Run. Further than I have ever run by a considerable margin!
