We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

On the 23rd May 2010 Farrel and I shall be challenging ourselves to ride 30 miles in London in order to raise awareness, and more importantly, money for The Stroke Association in memory of two wonderful women; my Mum and Farrel's Grandmother.

30 miles, 13 bridges and one BIG challenge!

The ride starts at Southwark Park, and takes us through the historic city of London and along the picturesque towpaths of the River Thames. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Battersea and Richmond Parks en route before ending on a high note (or collapsing in a heap) in Hurst Park near Hampton Court.

So please dig deep and donate now.
