UPDATE: I did the run in 58 mins. Thank you to all who had faith in me and sponsored me.

I am doing another fundraising event to raise money for Cruse Bereavment Care. I hope you will donate a sum of money. It will assist many who need support following the loss of some one dear to them. From soldiers through young persons

 

I aim to complete the 10k in under an hour if possible and depending on the numbers at the start. But if I do complete the run under an hour are you prepapared to double your donation? I have been training for the past three months for the run and it is very different form cycling. I have been doing the Richmond Park 5k most Saturdays.

  I hope  that some of you will come up on the day and support me and follow it up with a drink down the pub!
