Im running the 10k this year for the first time to raise money for the Accord Hospice in memory of Helen Lamond; loving mum, gran and great-gran and the exceptional care she received  there. The hospice only receives a small amount of support from the NHS, the rest has to come from charitable donations so please please dig deep! Every penny makes a pound, as my gran would say!

 

P.S I have it on good authority that i have "sturdy legs for running" so I should manage this!
