On Saturday the 9th of June, myself and team of work colleagues will be embarking on a challenge to trek to the summits of  Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon all within 24hrs. Only resting and eating on the minibus.

Since I agreed to do this challenge back in December, I set myself a training programme of walking between 25-30 miles a week,  6 days out of 7. Since January I have managed to accomplish this. My dogs are delighted as they get to come with me on my walks and keep me motivated to get out and train every day.

To complete this challenge will not only be an amazing personal accomplishment but a great opportunity to raise money for Cancer Research UK
