Welcome to our wedding just giving page!

Whilst at University Becky spent some time on the Thai-Myanmar border learning about how cross border organisations have worked in the region together for years - using the safer space of the border to support people from Myanmar through some incredibly tough times. 

We both returned there a few years ago, Becky volunteering to support health care workers at Mae Tao Clinic & Finnian with a local organisation building in the community.

Myanmar is currently facing even greater conflict & uncertainty than it has done for years. This is an incredibly organised, motivated group of organisations aiming to provide shelter, food, education, healthcare & safety for some very vulnerable people. A small amount of money goes a very long way [see below], and it's hard to imagine this isn't a better idea than us having some new salt shakers when we get married.
