Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As most of you probably know I have been treated at the UCLH in London for my Hodgkins Lymphoma. The staff on T11 (the ward where I received my treatment) were so lovely to me and my Mum when we had to stay there for the first week of treatment and everytime I had to go back for chemotherapy so I am planning on completing the London Bridgeathon which is a 6 mile walk around London crossing 5 bridges. Any money that I raise money will help by improving patients' experience by providing state of the art medical
equipment, amenties, complementary therapy for patients and supporting
postgraduate education for nurses on T11 and T12.
I have just found out that I have to have radiotherapy for 11 days which I will still be receiving on the 19th September so I'm not sure if I'll be able to walk the whole way however, my Mum and Dad will be with me and if I am struggling I will have to go into a wheelchair for part of the way ( I really hope to walk it all though!)
I would love to raise money for the ward who have helped me and my family through a horrible 3 months so please help and donate.
