As we enter the festive period, I think many of us are acutely aware of the problem of homelessness and loneliness, as well as the sad necessity of food banks. It’s sometimes difficult to feel connected to some of the larger charities and campaigns, so this year SBT are delighted to have been introduced to a charity called Refettorio Felix in Earl's Court, that provides meals to local people who are socially isolated. 

Every weekday, Refettorio Felix serve meals throughout the year, including two extra special Christmas lunches. So, as well as enjoying your own Christmas feast, why not think about providing a person in need with a wonderful Christmas meal? Refettorio Felix serve a delicious three course meal, prepared by chefs, using surplus food.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who’d like to contribute to pay for one Christmas lunch at a cost of £20 per person, knowing exactly where it is going.
