Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Page.

We are raising money for Heather House at Almost Home Animal Sanctuary NI in memory or our dog Bruno who passed away suddenly on 10/4/22 at 9 years old.

Bruno collapsed out of the blue on the Sunday morning, up until then he had been full of life, had a good appetite and hadn’t lost a pick of weight.

When we got him to the Vet he was taken away on a stretcher and when the vet returned a while later we got the devastating news that Bruno had a massive tumour and his cancer had spread. His prognosis was very poor and so we decided to let him go.

In his memory we are having a charity labrador session at Doggie Play Belfast on Sunday 8th May at 11am.

Tickets are £10 and are purchased by making a donation to this page for Heather House at Almost Home - please leave your dogs name in message with your donation.

We also hope to have a raffle - TBC - please let me know if anyone could donate anything to this

About the charity

Almost Home Animal Rescue (NI) was founded with the vision that every animal's life matters. Our focus is on helping those most in need, and rehoming them only when they are ready. When selecting new homes we are especially careful to make sure that the match is right for both animals and owners.
