Mental health is something that affects all of us. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue at some point in their lives.We should be thinking and talking about mental health, just like we do physical health. SANE works to bring mental illness out of the shadows, and start that conversation. SANE supports anyone affected by mental illness 365 days a year and gives them that life-line in a crisis.
