I am running my first ever race, a half marathon on the 11th of September 2010 in Stockholm. Although it's only a half marathon it's still a challenge for me! I'm definitely not a natural runner, infact I have had people shout "run forest, run" when training round Clapham Common.

One of my friends, Henry was diagnosed with leukaemia 2 years back and he has been strong and brave enough to come through to the other side. Henry is still recovering and his battle to get back to full health continues.

Leukaemia research is a worldwide charity that is striving to help all ages against this terrible blood disease. 7,600 adults each year are diagnosed, with children also suffering greatly - my chosen charity assists both adults and children. Any donations to help this cause, however big or small would be much appreciated.
