OK - I'm doing it again. Having made it to Paris last year this time we go from London to Lands End, 336 miles of uphill and down dale!
Having done my first training ride at the weekend I can assure you I've got a very painful 8 weeks to come if I'm going to make it.
Please be generous - these charities really make a difference and I'm going to be putting in a massive amount of time, effort and sweat, not to mention my aching butt and legs.

Thursday the 8th July, a group of 40 cyclists will be setting off on
a 4 day cycle trek from to , raising money for
Quintessentially Foundation.
Quintessentially
Foundation is a fantastic, independent grant-making charity raising money for
health and education projects worldwide to help improve the lives of
disadvantaged communities. In 2010 we are supporting four charities –

Place2Be,
The House of St
Barnabas,
Room to Read and
Children’s Villages.
