Hi,

Last summer me and  my mate Fridge, (that's him in the pic) embarked on a fantastic road trip across france, belgium and holland supporting a bunch of nutters from work who had decided to ride their bikes 400 miles across europe  to raise money for the charity.

Whilst being at a very low point, and feeling vulnerable ( fridge had just told me that he wouldn't be going away with me again this year as he's met a cute little freezer box) I was conned, I mean asked, (you know who you are Sarah!) into taking part in this year's ride.

Well, after committing to ride 240 miles from our Lymedale DC in Stoke to London I need your help!!!!

I need to make it worthwhile, and want to try and raise 1000 in cold, hard cash (although plastic is more than acceptable on this site!) 

Our little group of cyclists will be leaving Stoke and passing through Telford, Leominster, Worcester and Oxford before heading onto our final destination of the bright lights of London!
