Until very recently I had never taken part in a sporting event but heading towards 50 and with a new healthy lifestyle plan I have been inspired to take up cycling.  I have a full summer of training races planned culminating in the biggest challenge I have ever faced - John O'Groats to Land's End, in 12 days.  Just me and my bike (and a sat nav).  I will be covering up to 100 miles a day and aim to reach Land's End by the 14th August. 

This however is nothing compared to the challenges faced every day by the children and families supported and cared for by EACH - they are a truly remarkable charity and deserve every penny I can raise, and every mile I cycle will be so worth it.  Please take the time to read more about their work through their link on the right of this page.  Please help me to help them.
