Together with four other 'old stagers' (average age 68) I am attempting the 1,000 mile ride End to End from Lands End to John O'Groats. We will be unsupported and hope to complete the ride in about 20 days. Your kind contributions will help me to keep going on the bad days and also support a very good cause.  A family member, Molly Williams aged five, suffers from cerebal palsy and attends a Menphys school so I have seen the marvellous work they do with children and young people.  Sincere thanks for your contributions.
