Hi All!

It's that time of year again, when I lose out on my Sunday morning sleep in's and pound the pavement in preperation for the London marathon this April.

I've decided to raise money for two charities this year, The Who Cares Trust? (details below) and the Parkinsons Society. as my uncle has recently been diagnosed with Parkinsons, so it's something thats really close to my heart.

I've set myself the goal of raising £6,000k for these charities, over the next couple of months, and I need your help to dig deep.

In addtion to doing the marathon in April, I'm also trekking across in Peru in May, and.....

...I'm also planning to do an Ultra marathon in September. 56 miles London to Brighton.

So it looks like a busy year, which also means I'm not going to drink a drop of alcohol ALL year.

Now if thats not worth six grand, I don't know what is!!

The Who Cares? Trust is a small but effective organisation that works to improve the lives of children in care. It will always be the case that some children will have to be looked after away from their birth families and at any one time there are around 74,000 children in care in the . The vast majority are there through no fault of their own as a result of family breakdown, abuse and neglect.
