In my 70th year my aim is to climb 70 Wainwright Fells in the Lake District. This is a challenge to myself and a wish to raise money for a great charity. 

Your support would be much appreciated any amount will be gratefully received and well used by the charity. As most of you know I suffered from Prostate Cancer over 10 years ago so I understand what a great help and support My Cancer My Choices can be.

One in two people will develop some form of cancer during their lifetime. MCMC's volunteer, specialist therapists offer free, one-to-one treatments such as acupuncture and massage, alongside group courses in mindfulness and yoga. These aim to relieve the side effects of cancer treatment and can make the cancer journey easier by encouraging relaxation and reducing stress. .
