Story

The Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon was on Sunday 28 Feb and in pretty grim conditions I got round a hilly course in 1hr 51mins. In several places we had to run through stretches of ankle deep water where roads had flooded...!

Thanks to every one who has donated so far, and to the Drapers' Livery Company in the City of London, which I belong to, who have agreed to match fund me. I hope to be raising (inc. gift aid) nearly £6,000 for BLESMA (www.blesma.org) to help fund their vital work with British service personnel who have lost eyes and limbs in conflicts past and present.

For anyone else who may wish to contribute, this page will stay active until the end of May so please continue to help. It will be much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your support,

Richard
