Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page in memory of Richard Williamson.

Richard's experience at Livewire was nothing short of life changing. It was here where he developed his passion for playing guitar and performing as part of a band or as a solo act. He would regularly make use of the free guitar lessons. In addition to this he would regularly use the band practice space as well as the recording studio. Richard's love of playing, writing and performing music that he found at Livewire followed him throughout his life. Yes, he was that person who always had an acoustic guitar.

Livewire Youth (Music) Project continues to support local people to develop themselves through music. Livewire Youth Project provides young people aged 10 to 21 with outstanding music facilities and youth worker support as well as providing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing services for young people, including counselling (No waiting lists) and various support groups for young people.
