Hi Guys.

They say once is crazy and twice is mad, but a third time has actually proved that I am clinically insane!! So yes once again and now aiming for my hat-trick I am to run the first 'VIRGIN' London Marathon on 25th April 2010.

Thanks to everybody who has sponsored me over the last two years. Together we managed to raise over £5000 for Whizz-Kidz, helping those not quite as fortunate as ourselves. This time round I have decided to run for SIA (Spinal Injuries Assosiation) who are the leading national charity for spinal cord injured people. They offer help and support to a paralysed persons life from the time of injury.

I would sincerely appreciate all your support once again, so please sponsor me, no matter how little.
