Hello all,

On Saturday 6th December I will be running 3/4 of a marathon (31.5km) for Refuge. I've only ever ran 20k until now, so let's see how that goes!

I am running alongside colleagues to cover 160km within 16 hours. From 7am to 11pm we will be running against the clock through the streets of Westminster to cover our distance. I'll be out standing on Victoria Street for the whole 16 hours so come and say hello!

We are running to raise money for Refuge, the charity working for women and child victims of domestic violence. 1 in 4 women in England and Wales are abused during their lifetime and every week 2 are killed by a current or former partner. Refuge work with over 3000 victims on any given day and all donations will allow them to help even more.
