OK, so it's hardly running a marathon or climbing a mountain. However, over the course of 48 hours from the evening of 15th September my brother and I will be setting off from Nationwide's HQ in sunny Swindon to drive my ropey old E type around the entire coast line of Wales in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

Marginally more effort will be required than that for growing a moustache, and trust me I will work up a sweat pushing the car at some point and ultimately suffer the indignity of arriving home on the back of an AA recovery truck!
