So we have done it........... 9 cyclists with a support team of two have cycled 238 miles from Edinburgh to Dublin in three days, 12 punctures, 4 falls but no injuries.

It was hard work but great fun - I was concerned it would be too much...not another hill , but team spirit is a great motivator and there is always a guinness to look forward to at the end of the ride.
