We fundraise for cancer research to cure RHAB Rhabdomyosarcoma

Story

Hi and Welcome to my third fundraising page !!!

Let’s start by saying thanks to all those that made the last events worthwhile by sponsoring me, THANK YOU ALL !!

This year, I decided to try the bike ride challenge from Seahouses to Tynemouth, some 60 miles. I enjoy going out on the bike at the moment, but the furthest I have been in one session is around 20 miles, so this is going to be another hell of a challenge.

I am sure that I will get a lot of encouragement from my friends and colleagues as well as facebook friends, and hope that they can all support me in this challenge. The money raised will go to the Chris Lucas trust (http://www.chrislucastrust.com/ and you can read the story at www.chrislucastrust.com/christopher.htm)

The money raised will help research to find a cure for one of the most aggressive forms of cancer RHABDOMYOSARCOMA.

Everyone will know someone who will know someone that has been affected by Cancer in one way or another, so any donation will be appreciated.

I plan on keeping this up to date on every bike ride I do, so that I will also be able to see the miles tally up, starting with last night’s 9.1 mile ride at 10:30pm around South Shields !

SO here it is :-)
